• Movfrica accepts major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover 5% transaction fee will be added), electronic payments including Zelle and PayPal, We also accept cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin and stable coins (USDT, BUSD)
• A payment plan and schedule will be provided as a separate attachment.
• All final payments must be received by Movfrica by or before but no later than 3 – 6 weeks before trip. Trip participants with balances due after 3 weeks before trip will be charged an administrative fee of 10% of the balance due for the trip.
• Round-trip transportation from the departure point to the destination(s) will be included.
• Admission tickets and entrance fees to attractions, museums, national parks, or other points of interest are included.
• Guided tours, excursions, and activities as specified in the itinerary, such as city tours, cultural experiences, outdoor adventures, historical visits, wildlife safaris, or water-based activities are all included.
• Optional activities or excursions are excluded but may also be available for travelers who wish to customize their experience further.
• Depending on the package, this could involve flights, train or bus tickets, transfers, and transportation for excursions or sightseeing tours at the destination.
• Accommodation options are diverse to cater to different budget preferences and travelers needs, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury accommodations.
• Services of knowledgeable and experienced tour guides who will provide informative commentary, assistance, and guidance throughout the tour.
• Professional tour guides will be proficient in English and local language(s) and possess excellent communication skills to enhance the overall experience of travelers.
• 24/7 customer support and assistance before, during, and after the tour, including emergency contact information and resources for travelers. A dedicated tour manager or coordinator may be available to address any issues, concerns, or special requests that arise during the tour.
• Special amenities, refreshments, perks, or extras included in the package, such as welcome gifts, souvenir vouchers, cultural demonstrations, or local experiences.
• Value-added services such as Anniversary, Wedding or Birthday surprise commemorations may enhance the overall value proposition of the tourism package and differentiate it from other offerings in the market.Tailored packages may include add-on services, upgrades, or exclusive experiences tailored to the specific needs of travelers.(Options for customization or extension of the itinerary to suit individual preferences, interests, or special occasions are available)

• Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase Travel Insurance. You can purchase TravelGuard (AIG) insurance through Movfrica’ travel agent or you are welcomed to purchase travel insurance from a provider of your choice.
