• All final payments must be received by Movfrica by or before, but no later than, 3–6 weeks before trip. Trip participants with balances due after 3 weeks before the trip will be charged an administrative fee of 10% of the balance due for the trip.
• Round-trip transportation from the departure point to the destination(s) will be included.
• Admission tickets and entrance fees to attractions, museums, national parks, or other points of interest are included.
• Guided tours, excursions, and activities as specified in the itinerary, such as city tours, cultural experiences, outdoor adventures, historical visits, wildlife safaris, or water-based activities, are all included.
• Optional activities or excursions are excluded but may also be available for travelers who wish to customize their experience further.
• Depending on the package, this could involve flights, train or bus tickets, transfers, and transportation for excursions or sightseeing tours at the destination.
• Accommodation options are diverse to cater to different budget preferences and travelers needs, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury accommodations.
• Services of knowledgeable and experienced tour guides who will provide informative commentary, assistance, and guidance throughout the tour.
• Professional tour guides will be proficient in English and local language(s) and possess excellent communication skills to enhance the overall experience of travelers.
• 24/7 customer support and assistance before, during, and after the tour, including emergency contact information and resources for travelers. A dedicated tour manager or coordinator may be available to address any issues, concerns, or special requests that arise during the tour.
